Active birthday parties

Fun sporting birthday parties can be organized at Mankkaa Gym at Sinikalliontie 1, Espoo and at Suomenoja Gym, Niittyrinne 4, 02270 Espoo.

The club will take care of the guidance, the duration is 45min or 1h15min. The premises are available for the birthday boy/ girl for 1.5 or 2 hours, as agreed. Disposable dishes and after-cleaning are handled by the club.

The children are the responsibility of the instructors during the coaching, and the rest of the time they are the responsibility of the parents.

NB! It is a good idea to make the reservation in good time. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the event to estt@espoontelinetaiturit.fi.

Mankkaa gym

Birthdays can be held on Saturdays, starting from 11am.

Premises can be decorated 30 min before the party begins, with respect to the parents and children who may be waiting at the premises for the end of a previous group.

The birthday organizer shall take care of the offerings, dishes, cutlery, decorations and whatever else you want. Facilities include a fridge and freezer. If necessary, we can also arrange a coffee machine.

Prices (member price):

1.5h, with instruction 45min, max 20 children 180 euros
2h, with instruction 1h15min, max 20 children 220 euros

Billing is done by email afterwards. If there are more than 20 participants, we will arrange two instructors; the price will be negotiated separately.

Suomenoja gym

Birthdays can be arranged at Suomenoja on Saturdays and Sundays.

On Saturdays from 11.45, on Sundays from 15:30, onwards.

You can come to decorate the premises 30min. before the party begins. The birthday organizer shall take care of the offerings, dishes, cutlery, decoration and whatever else you want. Facilities include a fridge, coffee maker, freezer and microwave.

1.5h, with coaching 45min, max 20 children 180 euros
2h, with coaching 1h15min, max 20 children 220 euros

Book early

It is advisable to book in good time and any cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the event at: estt@espoontelinetaiturit.fi.

At a birthday party, the instruction starts with a warmup, after which participants will try gymnastics movements with different apparatus. Rotations, rolls, trampoline jumps, and other fun based on the participant’s skills and wishes. After the coaching, use of apparatus is permitted at one’s own risk during the booking.

Dress guide for visitors

T-shirt and shorts / leotards / other clothes suitable for gymnastics and bare feet. No necklaces, bracelets, watches, dangling earrings. Long hair should be tied back.

Theme and decoration

The birthday theme can be e.g. a masquerade, Halloween, Pokémon. The decoration should be done yourself.
